These Terms of Use govern your use of Albedian.com, operated by Albedo Holdings LLC (“Albedian,” “Albedo Holdings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Albedian.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Purpose of Albedian

Albedian provides free creative tools intended to encourage imagination, storytelling, worldbuilding, and experimentation.

The tools and their underlying content were developed under the direction of Albedo Holdings LLC with assistance from artificial-intelligence tools. They are intended to provide starting points—not restrictions, complete works, or instructions about how an idea must be used.

You are encouraged to change, expand, combine, discard, or completely reinvent anything a tool produces.

2. Free Creative Tools

Albedian’s currently available generators, dice roller, and calculators are free to use. No purchase or account is required to access these tools.

Albedian may introduce optional paid products, publications, services, or shop items in the future. Any paid offering will be clearly identified before a purchase is made.

3. Freedom to Use Generator Results

You may use any result produced by an Albedian generator for any lawful personal or commercial purpose.

You may, without requesting permission or paying a fee:

• Copy a result;
• Edit, rewrite, or expand it;
• Combine it with other ideas;
• Include it in a story, game, campaign, publication, artwork, product, or other project;
• Share, publish, display, or distribute it;
• Sell a work that incorporates it; or
• Discard it and use only the inspiration it provided.

Attribution to Albedian or Albedo Holdings LLC is appreciated but not required.

Albedo Holdings LLC does not claim ownership of the characters, settings, creatures, encounters, stories, or other original works that you create using an Albedian result as a starting point.

To the extent that Albedo Holdings LLC may possess copyright or other transferable rights in an individual generator result, we waive those rights to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where a right cannot legally be waived, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, sublicense, and commercially exploit that result without attribution.

This permission applies to the results produced for visitors by Albedian’s creative generators. It does not give anyone exclusive ownership of an unmodified result or prevent another person from receiving or using the same or a similar result.

4. Results May Not Be Unique

Albedian combines creative elements randomly. Results may repeat, and different visitors may receive identical or similar combinations.

A result may also coincidentally resemble a name, concept, character, location, creature, or other material created independently by someone else. Albedian does not guarantee that a result is unique, legally protectable, or free from all resemblance to existing material.

Before using a result as a major commercial brand, product name, or trademark, you are responsible for conducting any research or legal review appropriate to your project.

5. Albedian’s Website and Brand

The permission granted for generator results does not transfer ownership of the Albedian website or brand.

Unless otherwise stated, Albedo Holdings LLC retains its rights in:

• The Albedian name and logo;
• Albedo Holdings LLC’s name and branding;
• The website’s visual design and layout;
• Original graphics and promotional materials;
• The website’s source code and technical structure; and
• Collections or arrangements of site content taken as a whole.

You may link to Albedian and truthfully describe its tools. You may not impersonate Albedian, falsely claim an official relationship with Albedo Holdings LLC, or use our branding in a way likely to confuse others about the source or sponsorship of a product or service.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that you otherwise possess under fair use or other applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Albedian to:

• Violate applicable law;
• Introduce malicious code;
• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the website, server, or related systems;
• Intentionally interfere with the website’s operation or availability;
• Falsely represent yourself as Albedo Holdings LLC or Albedian; or
• Use Albedian’s name or branding to deceive others.

These restrictions concern misuse of the website and brand. They are not intended to control the lawful stories, settings, characters, or other creative works you develop from generator results.

7. No Professional Advice

Albedian’s tools and content are provided for creative, informational, and entertainment purposes.

Nothing on the website constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Any calculator result is an estimate based on the information entered and should not be relied upon for decisions requiring professional accuracy.

8. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Relationships

Albedian may link to websites, products, or services operated by third parties. Some links may be affiliate links that provide Albedo Holdings LLC with a commission when a visitor completes a qualifying purchase or action.

Third-party websites are governed by their own terms, policies, prices, and practices. Albedo Holdings LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, services, security, or availability.

An affiliate relationship will not limit your ability to use Albedian’s free tools or generator results.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Albedian is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The website will always be available or error-free;
• Every result will be unique, complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose;
• Errors will always be corrected;
• The website will satisfy every visitor’s creative or technical requirements; or
• A particular result will be legally protectable.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albedo Holdings LLC and its owner, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—Albedian.

Albedo Holdings LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on a generated result, calculator estimate, third-party website, external product, or interruption of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Website Changes and Availability

We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, development, or business operations.

Changes to the website do not revoke the permission already granted for generator results that you previously received or incorporated into your work.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Albedian develops. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Any revision will apply prospectively. Changes will not remove the usage rights already granted for results obtained under an earlier version of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will continue in effect.
